It didn’t take long for Ruffian to catch the attention of FlipTop. He won Floodway Rap Battle League’s 1UP Tournament in 2021 and was a finalist at Sunugan sa Kumu in 2022. In 2023, Anygma finally gave him a spot on the league’s roster. Ruffian made his debut in Second Sight 11, beating Karisma in what is considered by many as the event’s battle of the night. The Rizal emcee continues to shine with his impressive technical lines and raw aggression. When he’s not battling, Ruffian focuses on making music.
