Maxford already made history in his 2011 debut by being part of the first ever Bisaya Conference battle. He took on Whitey Uno and was able to captivate the audience from rounds 1 to 3. When the Davao-born rapper decided to switch to Tagalog, he became a much bigger threat. He scored back-to-back victories with his deadpan humor, technical lines, and improved delivery. His doubters quickly turned into followers when he defeated heavyweight emcees Sinio and Kregga. When he’s not in battle mode, Maxford is busy elevating the hip-hop music scene in his city.
