Davao’s 3rdy first appeared at the Won Minutes Mindanao event in June 2023. Many applauded his lyricism but his battle against Negho Gy at the finals of Motus Battle League’s Pedestal 2 Tournament is where he truly gained recognition. His performance was enough to get him a spot not only in Ahon 14, but also in FlipTop’s roster. 3rdy took on Class G in the aforementioned event, scoring an impressive unanimous decision win. He quickly became well-known for his impressive wordplays and metaphors as well as his strong stage presence.
